Our Address:

By Bus:
Route 35 leaves Lichfield Bus Station at 34 minutes past the hour, just a 2 minute journey. Alight at the roundabout at the junction of Maxstock Avenue and Chesterfield Road. We are just a short walk under the railway bridge.
Return journey: Buses are at 15 minutes past the hour. The Stop is on the opposite side of Sainte Foy Avenue.
By Train:
Lichfield City Station is 0.6 miles away (about 10 to 15 minutes walk).
By Car:
Use the post code WS14 0AA. Our entrance is directly opposite No. 106 Chesterfield road. Please note: There is limited parking available on site so please be prepared to have to find alternative parking including on street parking in the vicinity (Please respect our neighbours access).
Local Car Parks:
The Friary, Lichfield WS13 6QE. 0.6 Miles, about 12 minutes on foot.
Lichfield City station car park, Station Road, Lichfield, WS13 6HY. 0.7 Miles, about 15 minutes on foot.
Opening Times:
Please confirm that someone will be on site before setting off. The pumping station is usually open between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm on Tuesday and Friday mornings whilst the volunteers carry out work and small numbers of visitors can be shown around at these times. Special arrangements can be made for group visits outside of these times, please contact us via the Contact Us link on the menu above.

We plan to have a lift installed to give access to most parts of the building when we are able to. But until then, only the floor of the the 1960's building which is on the same level as the car park is accessible without climbing or descending stairs. We do have a Virtual Tour of the building which enables you to view the parts of the building that containing the Engine, Beam and the Condenser.
